2. Submit the order form with your name, phone, delivery address, and preferred payment method
3. Our team confirms the order by phone
4. We arrange delivery or local pickup and notify you of timing

• Karachi: typically 2–5 business days after confirmation
• Other cities in Pakistan: typically 5–10 business days after confirmation
• Delays may occur due to stock availability, courier schedules, weather, or public holidays
• Estimated times are guidelines, not guaranteed delivery dates

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping or courier charges depend on destination, package weight, and courier rates. Any delivery fee will be confirmed when we call you to confirm the order. Local pickup from our office may be available without a shipping fee.

Online services such as the Bible reader, song book, seminary LMS, and contact forms are delivered electronically. No physical shipping applies. Availability depends on internet access and scheduled maintenance.

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
